This service is provided to facilitate the public in submitting requests for public information as part of the fulfillment of the right to access information. Applicants may submit information requests in writing or through electronic channels provided by Pelindo Solusi Digital.

Each request will be processed objectively, transparently, and in a timely manner in accordance with applicable procedures and service timelines. The information provided is information under the authority of Pelindo Solusi Digital and does not fall under the category of exempted information.

Types of Public Information

Public information managed and provided by the PPID of Pelindo Solusi Digital includes:

1. Periodic Information
   Information that must be provided and published on a regular basis.
2. Immediate Information
   Information that must be announced immediately if it has the potential to affect public interest, public safety, or public order, in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Information Available at Any Time
   Information that is available and can be accessed by the public upon request.

Public Information Service Hours

Public Information services are available during the following hours:

• Monday – Friday : 09.00 – 16.00 WIB
• Break Time : 12.00 – 13.00 WIB

The service is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.
